Welfare is the prime mandate of Telecom Foundation for the retired as well as serving employees of PTCL, PTA, NTC & FAB and their dependents. Telecom Foundation plays a pivotal role to look after the welfare of considerable number of beneficiaries, i.e, around 80,000. We, as a well knit organization, not only want to work for collective good of the society but have an obligation to harness as many resources as possible, for the achievement of this noble cause. A substantial amount of available funds, generated through commercial operations, is utilized for the following welfare projects.

• Scholarships to the children of beneficiaries.
• Financial support to the deserving beneficiaries.
• A school system spread over 12 different cities providing quality education at subsidized charges.
• Employment opportunities for beneficiaries.
