The following considerations are kept in view while granting financial assistance out of TF Welfare Fund:
Cases of PTCL HQ employees are considered only if recommended/verified by the GM Admin, PTCL Headquarters
Cases of regions from PTCL are accepted on verification/recommendation by the head of Region/GM.
Cases of retired employees are entertained when supported with the discharge certificate/retirement documents duly verified by the head of the region from where he had retired from PTCL.
Cases of widows are entertained on the basis of death certificate duly authenticated by a serving or retired PTCL officer of Grade-18 or above.
Likewise, cases of PTA, NTC and FAB employees too are accepted if recommended in the manner prescribed for PTCL employees contained in preceding paras.
Cases of TF HQ and its subsidiaries are considered after verification/recommendation by the respective GMs/Heads of the Departments and, in case of subsidiaries, by their MD.
