They should have minimum of five years of service as PTCL, PTA, NTC or FAB employees and three years of service in case of TF employees.

• Only permanent employees of PTCL, PTA, NTC and FAB are entitled for the financial assistance.
• Financial assistance shall be given to the serving/retired employees and widows only once for a particular cause covered under the policy.
• The assistance to the employees of PTCL, PTA, NTC FAB, or their subsidiaries, if any, is given for those needs which are not being catered for by their respective organizational welfare schemes
