To undertake BLT OSP Project back in the year 1991, Telecom Foundation established a pre-casting plant in Islamabad equipped with adequate infrastructure. The plant produced high quality manholes, hand holes and cabinet bases under the supervision of seasoned professionals, to accomplish the projects successfully. Presently, this plant has been outsourced. |
