Access network roll out is one of the major businesses expertise and activities of TF. For execution of mega BLT project of PTCL in 1992-93, TF regional offices were established at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, with many sub offices at other cities. Laying of 218,000 telephone lines for PTCL in 1992-93 was first of its kind and magnitude. The successful execution of the project helped TF to excel in the field of procuring more such works from other organizations.

Proven track record of execution of about 700,000 telephone lines makes TF a leading organization for laying telephone lines in Pakistan. Besides, TF has also successfully completed optic fibre cable works in all sorts of soils and terrains. The quantum of such works exceeds 3500 Km which makes TF a prominent entity having a rich experience. TF has not only worked for PTCL but also is undertaking such works for NTC, ZTE, Telenor, Huawei, Multinet, LDI (subsidiary of Orascom / Mobilink) and other upcoming organizations.

The regional offices of TF are also carrying out following works:-

• Laying of under ground (Primary/Secondary/Optical) cable for access network.
• Roding and cleaning of OFC ducts.
• Installation of VHF system DRS links and GSM towers.
• Renovation works of PTCL's existing network.
• Supply of skilled technical/operational staff to PTCL & others.
• Telecom Implementation/Installation.
