This institute was established in the year 2000 to provide “Quality Technical Education” in the capital. The institute is affiliated with NWFP Board of Technical Education, Peshawar, and offers three years Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Telecom, Electrical and Electronics Technologies. Addition of other disciplines like Civil, Computer, IT etc are under consideration. The Institute holds regular lectures, extensive practicals & workshops and labs under the guidance of well qualified faculty according to standards set by the Board of Technical Education. Course coordinators provide a range of counseling services to satisfy particular needs of students. Quality management remains distinctive feature of ITM from the other contemporaries.

The institute's performance has been exemplary ever since inception, as in the very first annual examination, the students of TF Institute obtained first 11 positions in the Board followed by 9 positions in 2nd year & first three positions in 3rd year annual examination. The students of institute secured 5 positions in the year 2004 annual examination. We are committed to develop and produce professionals in the fields of telecommunication, electronics, electrical, civil, computer, IT related disciplines and management skills.
