SUBJECT: DEVELOPMENT OF TELECOM HOUSING BLOCK IN ZONE-V, ISLAMABAD

Telecom Foundation mandated with the welfare of the employees of PTCL and other beneficiaries have been endeavoring to establish housing colonies in Islamabad and other cities of the country. However, due to unforeseen circumstances the project was unable to launch. Now we have a promising opportunity to establish a colony at a prime location in Zone V with affordable prices.
Various foundations/organizations have established residential colonies for their employees in the surrounding area of the proposed site. They are living in a peaceful, prestigious, serene and healthy environment while their investment is continuously multiplying. Such as (Naval) Anchorage Officer’s Housing Colony, (Air Force) Fazaiyya, Police Foundation and KRL Officers Colony etc.
Telecom Foundation has selected a prime location for its exclusive Telecom Housing Block. Located on Islamabad Highway at a distance of 3km from Airport Chowk (Karral) and is situated opposite Pak PWD Housing Society. Public transport is available 24 hours.
M/S Leo International Real Estate & Consultant, Islamabad, are undertaking the development of the project for Pak PWD Cooperative Housing Society, Lohi Bher on 400 Kanals of land, known as Prime Block in Zone- V. The preliminary infrastructure development has already started at the site.
The management of Telecom Foundation has agreed with M/S Leo International to develop Telecom Block on 400 Kannal piece of land, adjacent to Prime Block. The development work will be as per CDA standard and By Laws under supervision of the engineers of Telecom Foundation, the developed plots are scheduled to be handed to the applicants/members within two years of the start of the project.
It is requested to please circulate the project in your esteemed organization. The interested members may therefore apply with advance money in shape of Demand Draft in favor of Telecom Foundation (Telecom Block) at the earliest to avail this offer, since number of plots available are limited therefore will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
